Stacy Taylor, an accomplished actor, model and journalist, got her start in the entertainment industry at just four years old.  A painfully shy child, her mother put her in dance, acting and modeling classes to try and build her self-confidence.  It was on stage that Taylor realized her dream of being a performer.  She did her first regional commercial at five and was modeling around the country by her early teens.  She worked with designers such as Oscar de la Renta, Donna Karan and Carolina Herrera. 

At 19, Taylor retired from modeling full-time to attain her Broadcast Journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma.  She worked as a news anchor, health reporter and producer for four years.  Always true to her craft, Taylor worked as a journalist, not because of a desire to be on local news, but, for a more diverse demo reel.  The experience with ad-lib, hosting and teleprompters has been invaluable.  She is best known as the morning anchor at KWTV News9.  Once her contract with KWTV expired, she went back to what she knows and loves.

Since forming Stacy Taylor Broadcasting two years ago, Stacy has been in over 140 local, regional and national commercials and infomercials.  She has been in five films, several industrial videos and is producer and host of Real Estate Oklahoma and Homes Oklahoma Style.  She is also thrilled to be working as an assistant producer on a new pilot for a national television series.

Taylor’s diverse ethnic background allows her to play a variety of parts.  She is Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw and Irish.  She also speaks Spanish which adds to her diversity.  Taylor has extensive dance training including tap, jazz, salsa, merengue, tango, cha cha, waltz, fox trot, East Coast swing, Hawaiian and Tahitian.  She also plays the piano.  

Taylor is based in Oklahoma City where she lives with her two dogs, a Rottweiler and Alaskan Husky.  She is represented by Magna Talent.
